Description

The key focus of the award is the different characteristics of home loan financing and mortgage advice that are of particular relevance to the Maltese market. The certification has been designed to enable participants to attain and maintain competence in providing mortgage solutions and advice within the Maltese regulatory and ethical framework.

The learner will be able to: a) Attain competence in providing mortgage solutions b) Provide advice concerning home loans c) Abide by the laws and ethical issued by the Maltese regulatory framework.

The learner will be able to: a) Demonstrate home loans plans to prospective buyers/clients effectively b) Give sound advice to clients c) Discern problems and work around the different clients’ exigencies d) Do all the above within legal and ethical framework.
