In recent years, there has been a big push towards digitalisation within the financial services sector. This has seen a wide range of organisations introducing new digital channels and services, in an attempt to make their operations more efficient and to better meet the needs of their customers.

There are a number of different drivers behind this shift, but one of the biggest has been the increasing demand from consumers for more convenient and user-friendly ways to interact with their financial providers. Organisations have been investing heavily in developing new digital platforms and tools, such as online banking and mobile apps. This digitalisation trend is set to continue in the years ahead, as organisations look to further improve their efficiency and customer service.

In response to this shift towards digitalisation, a number of regulatory initiatives are in the pipeline. The objective of this workshop is to explore the impact of the ‘Digital Operational Resilience Act’ which is set to have a fundamental impact on the financial services industry.
