Following the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and first Committee meeting of the Institute of Financial Services Malta (ifs Malta), the new committee was elected and Peter Calleya was reconfirmed as President for another year.
The ifs Malta Committee for 2024-2025 is composed as follows: President: Peter Calleya; Vice-Presidents: Mark Agius and Bonamy Mercieca; Honorary Secretary: Karl Dingli; Honorary Treasurer: Clayton Scicluna; Members: Joseph Agius; Jean Paul Attard; Joseph Bugelli; Elaine Calleja; Alex Cutajar; Adrian Mallia; Sara Strijbosch Ali; and Wendy Zammit.
President Calleya said, “I thank everyone for re-electing me to serve as President for another year. Together with all the Committee members and the Institute’s staff, I look forward with confidence to having another successful year. Ifs Malta is committed to remain at the forefront of providing financial services education. I would also like to thank outgoing Committee member Paul Farrugia, who after an outstanding 28 years of exceptional service to the Institute did not seek re-election.”
Ifs Malta has a professional heritage of over sixty years and is licensed as a Further and Higher education Institution by the MFHEA bearing license number 2013-FHI-017.
